Made in the Mountains: The Story Behind Griffin Artisan Crafts

Walk in the North Georgia Mountains

There's something about the North Georgia mountains that changes the way you think about what you put on your skin.

We started Griffin Artisan Crafts because we wanted something better — soap made with real ingredients, candles that actually smelled like something worth burning, and wax melts that filled a room without a list of chemicals you couldn't pronounce. So we started making them ourselves, small-batch, right here in the mountains.

The Naked Collection came first. Fragrance-free, tallow-based, and built for people who just want clean skin without the extras. No dyes, no synthetic fragrance — just honest ingredients that work.

The Georgia Collection came from the landscape around us. The wildflowers, the pine, the way the air smells after a summer rain in the Blue Ridge. We wanted to bottle that feeling, and we think we got pretty close.

Every product we make is still small-batch. Still handcrafted. Still made with the same care we put into the very first bar.

We're glad you found us.
